Full Journal pdf2001-02-14 House Journal Page 0325 HJR 7 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 12, 2001, calendar (page 299), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7(RES) Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, to oil and gas exploration, development, and production. Representative Ogan moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 7(RES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Davies and Ogan: Page 3, line 13, following "environment": Insert ", naturally occurring population levels of the Porcupine Caribou herd," Representative Ogan moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 7(RES) am pass the House?"
