The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                         
February 12, 2001, calendar (page 299), was read the third time:                                    
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7(RES)                                                        
    Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the                               
    coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, to oil                            
    and gas exploration, development, and production.                                               
                                                                                                    
Representative Ogan moved and asked unanimous consent that                                          
CSHJR 7(RES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                 
of considering Amendment No. 2.  There being no objection, it was so                                
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Amendment No. 2 was offered  by Representatives Davies and Ogan:

 Insert ", naturally occurring population levels of the Porcupine
